EFQM Excellence Model Certification
The EFQM Excellence model is the reference model of quality management at European level since 2000. Mallorca Health Care uses the EFQM Excellence Model as a management model. It has been awarded with the European Excellence 400+ Certification.
ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certification
Mallorca Health Care appreciates the environment as a basic principle. Therefore, it has implemented an environmental management system (based on ISO 14001: 2004), in order to ensure the protection of the environment.
ISO 27001 Information Security Certification
There exists an Information Security management system (ISMS) based on standard ISO 27001which has been designed as a cycle of continuous improvement that secures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Mallorca Health Care information systems and of course, it also ensures the compliance with all applicable legal obligations.
